Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Reach Now International, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating hunger and spreading the Gospel’s love on a global scale. With Klar, Inc.’s assistance, they fine-tuned their brand communication by tailoring their messaging to suit each social network for optimized donor engagement. The partnership with Klar, Inc. also resulted in an improved website navigation and enhanced interactive features, thereby fostering better donor relations.

Walking through the steps to improve engagement.

During our discussions of Reach Now International’s brand, our conversations continued, how do they communicate their brand. We have encouraged them to make minor tweaks to how they were interacting with their donors. Utilizing social networks, we suggested they write their messaging specifically to the primary audience which uses each network. For example, using Instagram primarily for images that tell a story, Facebook to connect with donor base, and MailChimp to give long-format updates to their mailing list.

Developing the new while using the original.

Reach Now International contacted us about some website issues, mainly their current hosting service was being discontinued through GoDaddy. The discontinued service meant they needed to transfer their site to new servers along with other updates. We guided them through the process, bringing their website current while providing them with an updated website with some new features to better interact with their donors.
